I did four pretty tough workouts today - my reward for missing the last of yesterday's workouts. I'm completely worn out and ready for bed. Although it was less than one and a half hours, I feel like I have been exercising all day!
Food was good today: sausage, egg and spinach; pork tenderloin, broccoli and cauliflower; and trout with zucchini and onion, plus snacks. I really enjoyed the food today. Guess I am getting used to low carbs now.
Well, tomorrow is weights and measurements time.

Hopefully you are recovered today from your 4 workouts yesterday! :-) I am impressed with your dedication, 4 workouts a day is A LOT!! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteYes well done you! I know i found it hard and felt sweaty and messy all day! One day i'll look presentable again without being sweaty, hair up and no make up hey!!
